I also heard the ball joint is embedded with the lower arm. 16k

I got very tired of kitting the ball-joint on the lower arm, so a mechanic recommended drilling the lower arm around where the ball-joint is located....It was taken to the machine and they drilled a hole in the aluminium, the size of a normal ball joint. I ve been using removable ball joints since then....

Although i would love to buy back new lower arm if i can know how long it will last coz all these removable ball joints dont last....Quality and bad roads to blame.
