He does not want people to know he has money.
Last, last, he died and left the money behind.

Some people who grew up with poor parent most times are scared of wealth. The poverty steak still shows in them.

Nigeria we hail thee!!!

I have come to see that most Igbo’s or mostly the ones online have this kinda funny mentality..

Empty barrel they say make the loudest noise...you guys stop justifying how a great tribe you are every damn time...if your tribe is truly the greatest in Nigeria and the world at large, don’t you think we’d know....

In my opinion I think igbos are the real problem of disunity in Nigeria....every thread you guys pollute with your tribal bigotry. You guys will start it,and it’s only natural other tribes follow suit, but always it’s igbos with self entitlement, boasting and all other bull.shit and the funny thing with y’all is that “y’all ain’t shit...

Those monies should be taking to the museum. Biafra is still achievable probably when a genuine leader with no aggression towards other tribes emerges from the East. A leader that stays in Nigeria and knows the pain of his people not an aggressive one that will endanger the lives of his people by instigating them against the military. A leader that understands that sometimes it's diplomacy and not aggression that can win battle

Bash me I don't care the truth is bitter.
thank you.

Nnadi kanu isn't the type of leader that can achieve Biafra.

Why was the money kept since it was not used as a legal tender.

nothing but truth. I have told them times without number, propaganda, hatred towards other tribes, lies will never get them Biafra. They should emulate Ambazonia(Southern Cameroon) and they will go far. Hardly will you see those guys attacking other tribes or even Cameroon at large. All they do is attack Paul Biya and sooner than later, they'd be free soon. But same can't be said of Ipob and Igbos. Instead of them facing where they are going, they'd rather attack Yoruba today, Hausa tommorrow. Only God knows if they want Biafra or just want to attack tribes.

The rebel currency had no international value
and the rebel enclave had no recognition from
the UN, during the Nigerian Civil War.
Reason why the UK should carry their cross with the EU. Trading the volatile pound sterling these past weeks has been very profitable to me. Karma.

IGBO people have inflicted more pain on Nigerians,
Many Nigerians die everyday from fake medicines, fake spare parts, fake goods imported by criminal IGBO businessmen.
Many Nigerians die daily from hard drugs produced and imported by IGBO criminals!
Many Nigerians suffer hate, humiliation and bad treatment in many countries around the world thanks to the activities of IGBO drug dealers and criminals operating globally.

If you want to compare apples to apples, even the IGBOs who died in the civil war and today will not compare to what IGBO people have inflicted and still inflicting on Nigerians!

I'm an expert on Nigerian Civil War history and
have a deep knowledge of pre/post Civil War
history. grin

Those rebel currencies had NO value because they
were REJECTED by the International community
and could not be used as legal tenders during the
Civil War.

Infact Ojukwu ordered that Nigerian Pounds should
be submitted by all returnee Ibos and non-Ibos in
the former Eastern Region because they had more
value than the hurriedly created rebel enclave
currency notes... which could ONLY be used in
the Rebel enclave and eventually became
valueless like toilet paper shortly before the
Oso Agha (Civil War) ended.

It may shock you that more than 1 year after
Secession it was Nigerian Pounds that Colonel
Ojukwu
and his team were using to buy weapons in the international arms black market.

Then the big BANG. On the advice of the British,
Nigeria changed her currency notes in 1968, and then
all the old Nigerian Pounds the rebels had collected
from returnees to the breakaway Eastern region of
Nigeria, including those in the treasury and those
looted from the Central Banks branches, became
useless because they couldn't buy things in the
international market again and that was one
of the main reasons the Civil War ended when it
did thereby reducing the loss of more lives!
The Civil War should even have ended in early 1969
but Federal Forces had to be less aggressive to
avoid civilian casualties.

So, the Rebel currency notes were WORTHLESS
in the international community because they
knew the supposed "country" was illegally created
without the support of the TRUE leadership of the
minority ethnic groups such as the leaders of
the COR Movement (Calabar, Ogoja, Rivers)
such as Ken Saro Wiwa, Chief Harold Dappa - Biriye
from Bonny Island and who is seen as the
father of the Ijaw nation... and many more who
accused Ibos of forcing them into a breakaway
enclave. So they stayed with Nigeria and these
ethnic minorities provided troops and fighters
for the Nigerian Armed Forces... Such as Colonel Etuk, Isaac Jasper
Adaka - Boro from Ijaw and Captain Elechi Amadi,
the former President-General of Ogbakor Ikwere who
fought in the 3rd Marine Commando of the
Nigerian Army during the Civil War.

The United Nations also did not recognize the
Secession so the rebel leadership had to use
Nigerian Pounds right into 1968 to stay afloat.

I have since 1981 read books written by Officers
who were active on both sides during the
Civil War so I have vast knowledge in this area from
OBJ, to Alexander Madiebo, to Hilary Njoku, Alabi-Isama and more!

Please read more as it enables you to be savvy, wise,
and avoid mistakes of the past.

Cheers!
