Felixv: First, Nigeria is not a saner clime, if it were Buhari will be in jail. However, do you realize that Danladi the CCT chairman/judge do have a case of corruption pending since early 2018? Why did he not step down? Look at yourself bro, think, think again.. Can you ever be a role model to anybody? Use your brain man, its there for a purpose. 2 Likes 1 Share |

My advice is for NBA to seek ways to withdraw the licences of erring colleagues attached to the President and Governors who supports infractions to the rule of law. It is either they resign their appointments or they ensure their principals obey the rule of law 3 Likes 1 Share |

The problem with this election is neither APC nor BUHARI but that the only formidable opposition is PDP and ATIKU. Taking Bubu down would have been a piece of cake if we had better credible opposition 2 Likes |

In sane clime, Buhari didn't provide prove of meeting the requirements for election, he hung on the sensitivity of the country and contested.. In sane clime, the Kano govt would av resigned and not be in office to steal votes for Buhari. U all are daft for supporting one sided stupid fight. We all go see where è go land us. It is very clear to all sane minds now that there is a connection in between this corrupt CJN and PDP hence the pain and frustration since his suspension. 1 Like 1 Share |

Felixv: I am not supporting Onnoghen, but why is SHITTU still a minister without NYSC certificate? Adeosun did what you anticipated, but SHITTU is still hiding in the courts and Buhari is not aware? Even Danladi that recommended this suspension has a bigger case to answer. What will be, will be, Febuary 16 is not eternity. I hate double standards, this is where Buhari is consistent. I don't even have a PVC, I wont even be nearing any polling boot. modath: Young man, use your brain for once we are talking about our democracy here and you are spewing out thrash. T This is not about APC AND PDP, this man is a Nigerian and he is entitled to free hearing. What stops your god and savior Buhari from investigating him before installing him? Who made the failure in Aso Rock not to have control over his Nass so as to follow due process in removing the CJN? in fact, you and Buhari are the same, Buhari has suspended the Constitution and he is acting on his own and you are busy supporting him. One thing you must understand is that nothing last forever and soon his days of tyranny will be over. 3 Likes |

Why is Nigeria and Nigerian behave foolishly. They are calling international communities to step in CJN matters. Do u know that if it is the western world the same CJN would have resigned. Also PDP would have distance itself from these matter so as for people not to think that they encourage corruption. |

Onnoghen’s Suspension Must Not Stand President Muhammadu Buhari set aside the constitution by “suspending” the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen. This action is a serious threat to Nigeria’s democracy and a gross violation of the rule of law, which must not stand. The purported suspension of the CJN is a dangerous culmination of President Buhari’s contempt for the rule of law, which includes disobeying court orders. To preserve the country’s democracy, President Buhari needs to reinstate Justice Onnoghen back to office without delay and allow the due process of the law in handling whatever legal infractions the CJN may have committed. IF the buhari is a tryannt without respect for the rule of law as the legislative & judiciary been a good example. if buhari wants to learn gow to be a democrat which arms of govt can he emulate .. the constitution was clear, swiftness of the conviction notice is not an excuse, the njc should av respond swiftly also by asking walter to step aside & allow an acting cj setup investigation panel ..... they could av won the heart of nigerians, and also force buhari to trend carefully But what did the judiciary do, they started boasting ,spewing threats and to even make matterr worst former cjn walter postponed 88th meeting INDIFINITELY common ,who does he think he is ? 2 Likes 1 Share |

In civilized countries this judge would resign. President Trump's lawyer and close friend was jailed. Another close friend of Trump has just been indicted. Here in the US, nobody is above the LAW. Head of FBI was sacked by Trump. Its this same head of FBI (James Commie) that helped Trump win. He is the one that brought up Hillary Clinton's forgotten issue a few days before election. That's how Hillary lost. In Nigeria people are so gullible. As long as a criminal is their person the criminal should go free. No way. The Judiciary and Police must be purged. This is the only way to have a sane society 1 Like 1 Share |
