It matters not the number of kids or wives or concubines he has. That's his personal affairs.
What matters most is the fact that the head of the institution that is to interprete our constitution could not tell the president that appointing him is ultra vires. How will a "learned" man flagrantly acquiesce to such an insult to the Nigerian constitution?.
The other justices should refuse his orders or resign if they have any iota or modicum of integrity

The question reno simply asked was how is/was he able to cater for 32 kids with the salary of a judge?
