At the inception of the Buhari presidency, the news was agog that our own Femi Falana (SAN) had been nominated for the office of the Federal Minister of Justice and of course, the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF)

Well meaning Nigerians were optimistic and happy, because of the standing of Falana. His reputation and his experience.
For most people, we concluded that with Falana acting as the chief legal adviser and prosecutor of the FRN, there will not be cases of human right infringement/violations.

All of this were dashed away as soon as Buhari inaugurated his cabinet as Falana was not picked.

Fast forward to today, we cannot easily sum up the many blunders and disservice Abubakar Malami (SAN) has made.

All the blunders and unconstitutional happenings under president Buhari can be attributed to Malami's incompetence. He adviced the President wrongly, or else he'd have resigned.

Had This administration engaged Femi Falana (SAN) in the office of the Justice Minister and Attorney General of the Federation; there is no way Buhari would have been misled or allowed to make this wrong legal calculation which has cast aspersions on the coming general elections

when you choose nepotism over competence thats what you get.

Nobody misleads an already lost person.
Buhari could not have been misled, because he had already made up his mind which way things would go.
A little psychological analysis would tell you that Buhari cares for NOBODY except himself!
Not Tinubu, not Atiku(when they were friends), not Osibanjo, not even Malami when the time comes.

But in a sane clime, if a principal couldn't follow the advice of his specialist, especially a legal one; that adviser will at least resign, to prove he isn't in support of the illegality perpetrated by the principal.
