After rigging himself back into power, Buhari will unleash false flag operations in these states towards unsitting PDP governors from where he will appoint a Hausa/Fulani military officer as Military Governors.

Taraba and Benue will witness unprecedented levels of Fulani terrorism and when the indigenes retaliate, the FG will declare a state of emergency, suspend the elected governors and legislators, declare marshall law and from there carve out Fulani settlements in both states. The settlements will be gazetted as Fulani enclaves complete with a Fulani Amir. The names of the communities seized and allocated to Fulanis will also be changed and a LGA carved to reflect this.

Delta State has been overrun by Fulani terrorist whom the Buhari govt will continue to shield and support. The Military will also be used to stage false flag operations in the oil producing areas from where a full-fledged Jihad will be justified in ridding Delta of Oil vandals and militants. The Niger Delta Avengers (a Nigerian army false flag affiliate) will be deployed to bomb oil faccilities. Buhari will then send the airforce to bomb communities in the Delta in the guise of clearing out militant camps.

The same scenario will be played out in Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa and Rivers using false flag militants to bomb oil installations from where Buhari will declare a state of emergency in these States and from where he will appoint Hausa-Fulani military officers as Military administrators under Marshal law.
