SERAP is mad!

The allegations against CCT chairman, did danladi resign?

Did Gov gandolar resign?

Did Buhari resign after the allegations against his family owning a bank?

Did Burutai resign? After his hotels were located in dubia?

Did osinbanjo resign?

When Aisha Buhari was accused of complicities in N2.8 billion naira with her aide did Buhari open prosecution? Why did buhari not resign?

How long did it take buhari to sack babachir?

How about tinibu's alpha beta?

How long did it take the former finance minister to resign after it was established she forged her certificate? Was she prosecuted

How many barrels of oil do we export daily does Nigerians know? Is buhari not petroleum minister? How much do we make daily on crude and gas sales?

Yet zonb's come out here to shout " war against corruption " CJN is Corrupt, everybody in Nigeria is corrupt except Buhari, his family and APC members.

Thunder fire all of una! Corruption fighting kill all of una dia!

From ur rant, it is evident that you hv realized that every arm of govt wld protect its own, therefore it behoves the other arms to take action.... now, the executive has played its hand, im waiting for the legislature to “check and balance” them.

You can imagine the legislature passing a resolution that Kemi, The grass cutter or Ganduje be procecuted and the judiciary hearing the cases speedily and passing sentence.... dnt u think only then wld our democracy be best for it?

But then again, who am I deceiving? The other arms of govt especially the judiciary has been useless for too long to even knw their duties of checking the executive

Onnoghen thought he was smart by suspending NJC indefinitely but he forgot he was dealing with cat with seven-life, Buhari quickly switched over to the next life.
CJN now think of himself as Billgate such that he forgot billion in his accounts.
SERAP is confused by telling NJC to ask Onnoghen to step aside and at the same time tell Muhammed to relieve himself of that acting role. has SERAP like Onnoghen, forgot that Muhammad is next in line to Onnoghen and the right person to step in once Onnoghen step aside?
SERAP is indeed confused and out of touch on tanko's position in the judiaciary. they though he was handpicked.

With what has happened over the past few days, Mohammed may have schemed himself out of the running for assuming the substantive CJN role, because he emerged as the acting CJN via unconstitutional means.
It is difficult for the general populace to now accept someone who was comfortable with unconstitutional and corrupt emergence techniques, bearing in mind he will become the CHIEF LAWMAN of the nation.

It could even be considered as possibly treasonous, and he may suffer greatly for this abracadabra when someone else assumed the presidency of this nation. Remember Ishaya Bamaiyi that was a demi-god during the Abacha era, and how OBJ messed him up once he took over.

Muhammed could be looking at his doom. At least Buhari and Osibanjo can claim immunity, but he is so exposed, and he may have unknowingly sacrificed his career and possibly more, by this action

SERAP...may unknowingly be playing politics
Onoghen out to have stepped aside having admitted his errors...but there is a hidden agenda why the the opposition wanted him to stay

SERAP's position on this issue is the sanest around. Would it not have been in the interest of thetwo houses to have investigated the truth about the CJ's indictments by the CCT before spewing political thrash and inciting the Nigeria populace.

Do you know that the CCT Chairman is corrupt and has an over one year corruption case against him still pending? Why is Buhari silent over the corruption of the CCT Chairman but spitting fire on that of the CJN? If you know, you now.
The CCT chairman we know is being alleged on yet to be verified charges, which he has denied. Also, we know that he's only being alleged as an attempt to blackmail him in other to frustrate his trial of Sarathief.
On the other hand we know that we have a CJN in the person of Onnoghen who has admitted to the allegations against him.

Has anyone bothered to find out what the law guiding the code of conduct bureau says. The code of conduct is not to try corruption but non declaration of assets. The law says when the public official admits his error in declaration of assets, u withdraw the assets form and give a new one to fill not charge him to court.

Only when he denies the allegations that he is to charged to CCT which was not the case with the CJN so why charge to CCT.

Wake-up my brother. We are in Nigeria. Jonathan sacked Justice Salami and nothing happened. Don't expect everything to be going your own way.

He is the head of an arm of govt and by separation of power, his arm of govt is autonomous and has a procedure for disciplining erring members, which includes, of course referring or advising the executive on next line of action. Sadly, the executive never consulted the NJC but took a unilateral action as if the Judiciary was a department or parastatal under it.
Rule of law breached there by the executive.

My teacher used to tell me back then, that reading and studying do consume more glucose and burn more fat than exercise. I wonder if Onoghe is reading anything before he delivers any judgement. If yes, his fat cheek doesn't support that..Him, Atiku, Saraki and Wike somehow bear resemblance...I can't say if they have similar characteristics. Let me leave his matter.
I kept Wondering where corrupt people we run to when Buhari wins, some of them will swim from here to Ghana. I thank God for his infinite mercy that kwara is a landlock state, Saraki can't swim to anywhere. If he decided to go to Lagos and find an escape route, he will be nabbed before getting to ogbomosho or osogbo( which ever route he takes). He will be sentenced to life imprisonment, and both primary and secondary school students will be going on an excursion to visit him and their teachers will be telling them that if you are an armed robber or thief, this is how you life will end. This will go along way to inculcate discipline in to our younger generation. Looks like my prophecy, I'm not a prophet. Happy Sunday to our dear wailers.#aproudzombies.

NJC ke?

They are all corrupt and they are covering each other's asses.

The crooked and corrupt suspended CJ suspended the NJC from sitting indefinitely.

Why? So, who is the real dictator and tyrant here?

We really don't have to beg these worthless, corrupt and incompetent public officials to do their job, but we've looked the other way for decades while they sell justice to highest bidders at our collective expense.

They should have asked the corrupt and lawless judge to resign a long time ago, but they didn't, now, we must sue and force them to do their job.
