Did Onnoghen fail in his primary responsibility
He did woefully

His failure to do the needful by resigning from his position forced PMB into towing the unconstitutional part. PMB had to do what was necessary to save the country from the frontal attack by looters of our common patrimony

I maintain my position that if the president rescinds the suspension of the CJN I'll withdraw my support for him

only the poor in brain a foolish enough to support a man who said he forgot 1b naira in an account. I forgot to declare it means I forgot I have such. let's assume he actually forgot, do you know how stinkingly rich you need to be to forget you have 1billion naira?
do you know that about 2,000 youths would have been enriched with half a million naira(500,000) each if that money had been used to settle newly graduated students who desired to start up their own businesses?
ask yourself if you are actually part of them, if they actually recognise and treat you as one of them before you jump half naked into the street shouting we no go gree.

I went emotional for this write-up and still feels like crying. Imagine the numbers of people #1billion could better their lives with 500k each. And it's still these gullible youths/graduates that would be carrying placards, shouting "we no go gree" under intense sun because of 5k while their future is being looted.

As expected, all these noise and protests against suspension of the corrupt Onnoghen is just like mourning the dead. sometimes, a minute silence is all we do.. some other times, we go on a day or two days public holiday..after which activities will go on like nothing ever happened...

I might be wrong about this. The lawyers probably "forgot" to boycott the courts
Yes my brother you're right, they probably forgot.

they rejoice for they say they have conquered the security agencies and can get them to do anything, they rejoice for they say they have conquered the INEC, they rejoice for they say they have conquered the judiciary, our last hope! They rejoice for they say they now knock on the door of our last symbol of democracy, the Parliament

The CEOs of all levels of Nigeria Judiciary are now from same State(Bauchi), same ethnic group(Fulani) and same Islamic denomination(Sunni), viz:

1. CJN - Tanko (he doubles as head of Sharia judicial system in Nigeria)
2. President, Court of Appeal - Bulkachuwa
3. Chief Judge, Federal High Court - Kafarati

NOTES:
1. The CCT Chairman who "ordered" PMB to remove the first ever CJN to hail from the Old Eastern Region is also a Fulani Muslim.
2. Attorney-General & Minister of Justice is also a Fulani Muslim
3. EFCC Chairman is also a Fulani Muslim
4. Fulani Muslims also head the other two arms of Federal Govt (Executive and Legislature)
4. The Fulani (who arrived Nigeria from Futa Jalon in 1804) make up less than 5% of Nigeria's population

Walter Onnoghen isn't the priority here, but the disregard for our constitution by a dictator shows lack of integrity, all the thieves within Buhari's administration hasn't been penalized but Buhari was in a haste to get Walter Onnoghen out, why exactly?

To me, the issue is this: Is Onnoghen guilty or not? If he is, then I don't care about the constitutionality of his removal. Corruption must be dealth with one way or another.

So kindly answer this question. Why is it now, few days to the election that d government realised he did not declare his assets?
I have asked my the question and realized that yes that is the best and right time to do it. Your question is like saying why is it that when goal has already been scored that the ref is blowing offside. The point is offside is offside as long as the ref canceled the goal within the 90 minutes of play. So ask a different question because this one u asked is dumb.

you lie and your lies consist in the fact that if Onnoghen were Hausa/Fulani you will not be so heated, so vigorous in condemning him indeed you will defend him. I pity the Southern, ignorant christians who join hands with muslims to condemn their own christian brother but when its the time to condemn a muslim guilty of the same crime the muslims will shield their own. I schooled in Zaria so i know how you guys operate
