Wrong Sir. VAR is not only used for incidents that happen in split seconds, but generally provided to aid the referee and all observers reevaluate situations that occur on the field of play. Initial judgements could change simply on account of checking out a VAR feed.

See illiterates jubikating cos a tribal bigot used "VAR" to exonerate his fellow thief. What's spectacular about the reference if not it being used to disguise and repackage the thief next to him.

It still didn't convince anyone that Atiku is not a thief. Obasanjo has referenced it several times. That quote in "My Watch" will always follow Atiku wherever he goes.
