The Federal high court sitting in Abuja, yesterday Thursday, restrained INEC from publishing any names other than Usani Usani, Ukandi Iknakefa, Krees Ojonido as the duly elected candidates for the All progressive Congress for the governorship, Senate, House of representatives and House of Assembly.

Ruling in a motion on notice, which has been obtained by CrossRiverWatch,
presiding Judge, Justice l Ekwo, ordered that all parties are to maintain status quo pending the determination of the matter.

In his argument, counsel to the All Progressives Congress APC, argued that the motion was not ripe for hearing.

The court adjourned to 5th February for hearing of the substantive suit.
