Auditions are used to generate cash for prize money, gifts ,house expenses, dj and host payment et al.
Votes money are their personal profits.
Imagine 2k multiplied by millions of people that registered or the amount of votes they get multiplied by 30.
Ps- last year alone, they got more than a billion votes.
