You no dey tire of being a serial loser, by next week when nothing happened as you presumed. You will still come back with another lie and rubbish defense. I believe u're more than a serial loser, U're more of a congenital loser
what kind of thinking this? If its true that Umar has a bribery case on him shouldn't that concern you about his ability to deliver fair judgement?

Indeed just as suggested https://www.nairaland.com/4999587/disagree-chinua-achebe-trouble-nigeria Nigeria's problem is the people.

can you still use the same strength to tell Danladi Umar to step aside also
Sure, I can! But that won't solve a thing. Unfortunately for our society, what is morally right depends on what the society deems right. Fayose was hunted by the EFCC, and after he stepped out of office, he went to clear his name; none of us are shouting, "if you touch Fayose.. ". For the (Ex) CJN to adjourn the purposed NJC meeting, paints him in a bad light- until he gives his reason(s).

What a shame. Umar will always find a way around this to shame Pa44 once again. grin
You are right jo.

All he needs to do is to make a deal with Buhari, and Buhari, the biggest protector of corrupt people, will protect umar from prosecution.

The way you spend your life to campaign for corruption makes me wonder what plan you have for your life and your generation to come. grin

Hypocrite. You don't think the CCT Chair should step aside even after being charged for collecting bribe by the EFCC?
No he should not, he has only been charged. He didn't claim to forget. Onnoghen is as guilty as sin thatsvwhybhe started confessing before trial

We are beginning to see the strong stench of corruption oozing out, from the judiciary.

As for the (Ex) CJN, he should have saved us all the banters, by stepping aside, while proving his innocence. Unfortunately, this is Nigeria, where individuals remember that they are for the masses, only when the tides is against them.
Just so you know, the CCT is under the presidency/executive.

Olodo your eyes will soon be clear when the NJC suspends him next week. The clown is already been tried by the NJC for participating in this judicial coup.
Never knew you're a member of the NJC that will suspend him.

You be confirm clown. Little wonder no one takes you serious here any more.

Onnoghen already admitted by his own statement that he committing the offence. That's the major difference.

Until then, it remains just allegation.

In the eye of the law, allegation does not amount to guilt, until it is proven.

Olodo we have a very important document called the constitution of the FRN.That document is supreme and that is what guides all our policies and laws.It will do you well to acquire one and read it.
Arindin ni bobo yi se

In that same document, go back to it and look for a place where it is written that the nominated person shall be recommended by the NJC. Who is the chairman of NJC=Tanko

That is if you’ve ever even read the document before recommending it to someone or maybe you’re reading from the Biafran version.

I repeat you are dull. Repeat after me “PaChukwudi44 is dull” (5x).

Lol the appointment of the CCT chairman has nothing to do with the NJC.He is not a judge.

Furthermore Justice mohammed Tanko is not chairman of the NJC.How naive could you be.The NJC now have an interim chairman. He would preside over the NJC until this crisis is over.

He should have no doubt but I feel he knows that some element are hell bent on making him a scape goat hence the fight he is trying to put up!

Now look at the norm in filing and filling the CCT form...I just got the info from a lawyer who understands how this works...when the CCT people confronts a public officer to let him know that there is a missing asset to be declared, they usually bring another form for that public officer to fill the correct thing..but in the case of CjN ononghen, politics crept in ...some persons wants to remove him by all means....CCT documents are usually confidential.. So the question is who released such sensitive document to those who wrote the petition against him? Considering a recent refusal for Punch newspaper to investigate the CCT forms for Amaechi, kyari and co...which negates the tenets of the Freedom of information act...so the question is still who gave those petitioners the right of way to have Onoghen's form?

And the CJN from his honest response never knew it will go beyond the normal norm of getting a fresh form where he will fill the correct information hence he told them he forgot...

The removal of the CJN is a political coup in the Judiciary! And I guess that is why he is fighting it and does not want to resign or step aside....

The norm of refiling the CCT forms when there is an omission did not start today so why did it want to end during Ononghen's time?

Cabals just want to use Ononghen as a scape goat to score a cheap political point in the judiciary so that most cases in the various courts will begin to favour them...

The embattled CJN Onnoghen should just go quietly because he is corrupt. I am just wondering how many people this man has sent to jail for minor offenses. He is too corrupt

Ayyam very sure this Onnoughen is a member of PDP, see confusion from all angles, from this to that, this man is being accused on a matter and they are looking into another matter. PDP is a Failure.

Quite revealing, I must say. No doubt, the FG has motives/ agenda it is pursuing, and are achieving that using divisions in institutions, and structures. The CJN trial has caused quite a lot divisions, even in the Judiciary, and it is unfortunate to say that, our Constitution is filled with several weak spot, to which any individual/organisation can exploit.

There's no law that makes resignation mandatory, let onnoghen fight for his name rather than allowing himself to be falsely referenced as a corrupt person to delights of his enemies.
