But at what cost? these European countries are also stretched to the limit.Arabians and Africans do not help matters..we breed very well and sometimes carry our yeye attitude there.Just last week, I read on the BBC about breast ironing and Female genital mutilation right there in the UK. Isn't that stupid? Europeans see this thing as barbaric yet we go about practising it, and it will ultimately lead to conflict. Some Arabs have formed paedophile rings and even killed their generous hosts from their terrorists acts.No doubt if I had my way too, I'll take the first plane out of Naija! The truth is that Nigeria is not as bad as people see it from outside. I am talking from experience.

One issue everyone must know is that: No matter where you go, you are not the first. You are secondary. Nigeria is still your first choice. So, why not plan towards visiting home, even it is one time in 3 years? This is an invaluable advice I am glad I was given me some years ago.

This man could fit well into Nigeria. May just be hard at first. Or he may return home, and make his move from Nigeria again. The problem is that his first move was faulty due to reasons beyond him.

Nigeria is filled with hidden treasures only a few who are brave can mine. Is it easy to mine gold? Or it easy to mine oil?

Approved in December, the Salvini decree – named after Matteo Salvini, the interior minister and leader of the far-right League – abolishes humanitarian protection for those not eligible for refugee status.

“After discovering he couldn’t even count on the humanitarian permission that was cancelled by the recent decree, one of our boys took his own life,” said Fr Giacomo Di Martino of the charity Migrantes.

Fr Alex Zanotelli, a member of the Comboni missionaries in Verona, described Jerry’s death as “a state murder, the bitter fruit of the Salvini decree, which besides insecurity produces deaths”.

“Many of the migrants and refugees we treat in our projects have already passed through traumatic experiences in their journey, in many cases with episodes of violence and torture in Libya,” Lilian Pizzi, a psychologist with Médecins Sans Frontières in Rome, told the Guardian.

“When they arrive in Europe they are often retraumatised by arbitrary policies that reduce their rights and by an atmosphere of hate and racism amplified by the media. And all this exacerbates a sense of powerlessness and exclusion.”

The issue is multi faceted most have built an imaginary life they live for their families back home and cannot envisage returning with nothing as it’s viewed as shameful such is the society we live in.
Most people confuse economic migration and refugees. Claiming political asylum from Nigeria is no easy feat, being accepted as a genuine economic migrant is no easy task either as Europe has more far-right politicians being elected who are anti-immigrants Italy is one good example as deporting and reducing the number of immigrants in Italy or allowed entry or to stay in Italy was one election rhetorics of matteo salvini the deputy prime minister who is very anti immigration and so far is working to enforce that.
But still many Nigerians are in Libiya waiting to cross the sea into Italy.
