It's a nice vehicle.
Some are equipped with Airs. ( Airmatic Suspension) .
It's an executive vehicle so maintenance and mpg (fuel eco) should be a little higher .

Yes but can be expensive.. cost about 500k to fix brakes and like 300k to fix AC at some point, Hub is 50k

its the lexus flagship sedan. it comes in either standard wheel base or Long Wheel Base. Its classified as Full Sized Luxury. it boasts of a 4.6L V8 mated to an 8speed auto. it's got all the bells and whistles and it drips with techbology. it competes with Mercedes S class, 7 series, A8 and jaguar XJ.

it's a more reliable yet very understated car than the afore mentioned cars.
Go for it and enjoy the finest Japanese traditional luxury technology.

I don't know of the AC system, but the brake Master and servo isn't traditional pneumatic or hydraulic type. it's electronic sensor type. if it fails, you'd have to replace the servo unit and the anti skid control module. It doesn't go as high as 500k biko.

Please why is it this expensive, does the brakes engage on their own without driver matching the brake pedal?

If you need information on the running cost of 7 series or S class maybe it is not your type.

It is a flagship so repair will be at par with LX for GX series.

Those who use those cars don't look at the running cost only the image it projects and good image is priceless

With this ur comment it shows ur not ready to own a Lexus LS. It's the flagship sedan from Lexus and the most expensive. What gen are u looking at anyway? People that buy these kind of cars don't ask questions, they just buy them.

Very easy to spend 300k on AC for any car if you go for new components and not all that shiet stuff available at Ladipo etc.
Compressor, condenser, evaporator dryer etc. Add shipping if ordering from abroad.

i like the car too. and i am getting it even if it's expensive to manage.

as some point you will incur cost on a car.. just buy a car that makes you happy inside
