In fact, I don't know what to think again. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. This is beyond ridiculous. . .it's a tragedy. I'm almost tempted to believe he's just trolling us (due respect to his Excellency). If not how can one. . . People keep harping dementia, but I thought such persons are usually AWARE they can't remember simple things (ie they'll be blank). But in his case he seems totally unware of the ever increasing slips. I don't think it's dementia. No, I think he just trolling. . . BUT IF He's NOT. . . Then this brings to the fore a critical question: who is REALLY ruling this country? The closest person to him alive gave us a hint a few months back, but it appears we have not taken her seriously.
