Supreme Court Upholds Court of Appeal Judgment affirming the judgment of Justice Chinwendu Nwogu of the High Court of Rivers State.


BREAKING NEWS:

Supreme Court today reaffirms that the judgment of the Rivers State High Court that nullified all the congresses and Indirect Primaries conducted by Amaechi faction of APC was a consent judgment.

Magnus Abe's reaction:
"A stunning victory for democracy and justice at the Supreme Court this morning. The God of Justice has spoken. Every other voice must now be silent."

With this judgment, the Ojukaye/ Cole/ Amaechi faction of Rivers APC are completely shutdown - permanently.
