Lawyers, barristers, "police" & the likes, please don't come and arrest let alone sue me with this simple question of mine for I just need clarification;

Will you still proceed with defending an accused or suspect when you know and have confirmed that the accused or suspect is actually guilty?

As for me, I won't proceed but what do I even know? Over to you our dear lawyers, barristers, "police" etc.

even if the legal practcioner is aware of his client's guilt, he still have to defend him in order to get a mild judgment. That's why they urge the court to tender judgment with mercy
