U can find men wears and undies in abundance when u go to dosunmu by idumagbo. Just that you have to enter inside to get cheap stuff just like ajepako suggested.

Cross to the other side which is Nnamdi Azikwe street....Then enter the crowded market you see as soon as you cross to Nnamdi Azikwe street..

You're already in dosunmu, so just ask for where they sell what you want
