A footage have emerged of thugs preventing people from collecting their PVC's at INEC office in Kaduna.

According to an IG user who shared the video, he claimed they're political thugs. But at the time of filing this report, we are yet to ascertain the political party that contracted the thugs.

Internet users frowned at the ugly incident and demanded security personnel deployed there immediately.

I won't be surprised if this is happening in southern Kaduna.

well who knows who they work for.. Certainly for APC since PDPs victory is dependent on people to use their PVC and chase that cow back to daura but I won't be too quick to conclude it could be anyone

I registered in Kaduna March 2018 and up till now INEC in Barnawa Kaduna said that our PVC are not ready when INEC in Abuja said that all PVC are ready... There is a game plan going on in Kaduna.....
