At least here in Kenya, where I have my legal residency with my Nigerian passport I can go to the US, European countries, Australian, Canadian embassies in Nairobi and apply for visa but in most of these embassies they clearly state if you are a Somalian passport don't bother to show face!

Will they grant you Visa as you apply immediately cause here in Nigeria, you can still apply for those countries and have 10% chances of being granted visa.
