So many illegalities and irregularities in many places in this country. That 1999 military constitution needs serious review. So if the cct chairman is not a judge, can he then convict and pass sentence to a person before him?

God bless your brain , someone is up there comparing this case to that of adeosun...this is a legal case..the only thing wey remain is for the president to personally arrest him ....two wrongs can never make a right...that's why police will leave the flyovers and cross the road to arrest somebody who crossed the road too....

Buhari and his cohorts have broken all existing laws in the name of corruption fighting....and all they've done is witch hunting opposition....Kemi adeosun was facing forgery case , she resigned does that exonerate her of facing charges....or if onnoghen had resigned would they have dropped the case.... Ganduje , Osibanjo , Ambode, Shittu , Amaechi .... I could go on and on...have been accused on accounts of corruption...and the beauty in all of it , is that the cases have been either swept under the carpet , or forgiven by the gods.... and we are fighting corruption...

Some ppl are just too dull and fail to realise that the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) is a small unit under the executive; it is therefore not a part of the judiciary even though members of the tribunal including the chairman may be members of the judicial profession.
