The last time Kwakwaso contested the governorship election against Buhari’s candidate Shekarau he lost n Buhari wasn’t even in power then. I wonder how Kwakwaso will now win when half of his vote his divided btw him n Ganduje with Buhari’s vote intact n Shekarau now back with Buhari.

A constitutional amendment to oblige local governments in the country to publish
minutes of their meetings, service performance data, and spending over N10 million –
FAILED
There has been no constitutional amendment to address the above issues and even local
government autonomy which was included in the last constitutional amendment was not passed as only 10 states voted in support of the policy.

You didn't remind us Kwankwaso lost out as Gov in 2003 to a relatively unknown Mallam Shekarau of ANPP . You didnt remind us Kwankwaso on the second occasion was beaten by Mallam Shekarau in 2007 Governorship election same in Kano. Most of you just comment . If Kwankwaso according to you was loved in the North. he would not have come a distance of 4th in the PDP primary Presidential election.
