River State gave ex-president Goodluck jonathan the highest votes in 2011; With 1, 817, 762 massive votes from River State, he was able to cement his victory.
Fast-forward to 2015, Kano state gave President Buhari over 1.9 million votes and the words on every Nigerian lips was the election was manipulated, but how come similar thing wasn't said about Rivers State election result in 2011 ?
can we boldly say the election was highly influenced for GEJ in 2011 ?

Votes were allocated for Jonathan in the south south and the south east region by the recs Diezine Madueke paid to do the job.

Rivers election is just rigging. If you survive politics in Rivers you can win any election.

in 2011 there was not voilence and all. In 2014 2015 there was violence. So turn out was lower. After all it has 3m reg voters
