Whoever that is telling you the list will be out soon is only playing with your emotions.

Successful candidates during the test were notified in February to get ready for interview. As Jonathan lost the election, the recruitment process was suspended till date.

That could be because due process wasn't followed. I don't think it could be suspended indefinitely, because it must have already been captured in the 2019 prison budget.
