Wike will win Rivers State but that's not saying PDP will play by the rules even if the state is a PDP state.

What do you mean by not doing anything? He sold all government agencies to himself and his friends and he is planning to sell NNPC to his friends. He stole money that can feed 130 million for 400 years. That's Obasanjos statement, not mine. He will never win in shaa Allah.
