Tinubu and his boys are going to neutralize his powers and make sure they make mince meat of him except Amosun has a bigger force backing him. But I doubt if this will save him.

The people Tinubu is banking on to deliver ogun state stands no chance against Amosun despite the fact that he's getting unpopular day by day but we are proud of him for not backing down from the fight unlike Ambode in Lagos. He proved he's a true son of the soil.
Amosun is the soul of Apc in the state just like Buhari at the national level, undermining him like that was a grave mistake which would definitely shape the future of the party in the state. That's why they tried to use Buhari to make him fall in line and endorse dapo but Amosun na Owu boy, Agidi (stubborness) na their trademark.

Apc won't win the governorship elections same as Apm but Amosun may likely get his senatorial ticket, now tell me who's going to be the biggest loser at the end of the day. Definitely not Amosun though he has lost what's left of his credibility, he's starting his journey to irrelevance in Ogun politics this year

He is already on his way to irrelevance and nothing kills a politician's political career faster than irrelevance.
That's my point.

Amosun may have had this like I said earlier, but he has surely dug his political grave by this singular action .
Tinubu may not be from the neck of your woods but you can't deny the fact that he surely has the clout and the political means to bring Amosun down.
He is an old guard. He knows his politics better than you think.
All in all, let's just watch and see how Tinubu and APC loyalists in Ogun takes this.
