Good morning mama's. Please, i need reccomendation on good baby cream, powder, oil, soap and lotion etc A friend said Chicco is good. Another said coconut oil and palm kernel oil. Please, which one is good for baby? Thanks. |

Rbae: See ehn, when it comes to skin care products, as with adults, it varies also with babies. What works for A mighy not work for B. There are lots of good ones that mamas here have priased; chicco, aveeno, sebamed, boots and their prices vary. People will scream chicco, you will rush and buy and it may end up not suiting your baby, same goes for almighty coconut oil. Personally, i prefer natural oils for new born, then when they are older, i use cream. At first i used olive oil till we were about 3months, ported to coconut oil (didnt like it, emded up using it for hair), went back to olive oil, b4 finally using boots cream. Also i dont think you need powder. 3 Likes |

Rbae: I am using pears baby oil for her hair, sebamed lotion for her body, Nycil powder, sebamed bubble bath as her soap.so far so good we are heading to two weeks and her body is very smooth. 1 Like |

I wish u supernatural strength to deliver ur babies. @ Rabluk, thanks for checking on us. my previous pregnancies av always gone past my due dates but I was hoping this one will b different but it seems my baby is following d same pattern cos 11/2 is my edd. I am always looking out for my show as if my life depends on it. my biggest fear is not to go into labour on election day. |

rvpbae:Exactly,I use my olive oil for close to six months on normal or dry weather,orie for cold days,then change to cream. Read babies are born with natural cream.Thus, don't need much initially. Cc Rbae 1 Like |

Pearl05:Flagyl is safe in pregnancy. Thats is the drug of choice now in government hospitals. I think they underwent a study on that. I took it when I was pregnant and my friends too were giving Flagyl in government hospital. All those advocating for pap and garri should know that it can only work for mild diarrhea and mind you diarrhea is not good for a pregnant woman. My 2cent though 2 Likes |

Birth Alert! Birth Alert!! I gave birth to my handsome bobo on Friday 8th of Feb (against edd 27th Feb). I had to be induced because of HBP. Thank God it went well. BS coming soon.
