Simply put, we have heard many people say the Elections must be free, fair and credible. What will determine this? I will consider this election to be free, fair and credible if all voters will vote only after being confirmed and accredited with the use of the card readers. The last Elections in 2015 had several voters voting without being accredited with the use of the card reader and the result may not be the reality on ground. Though some PVCs may have been bought or stolen - the percentage won't be much. What will inform your Judgement to affirm that the elections this Saturday no matter the result is free, fair and Credible. |
