After seeing the thread,I called a friend who has a daughter with cleft,he just told me now that they once did the surgery but it relapsed after a while.
My question:
Do you know what can cause the relapse?
Also,can they redo the surgery?

sure they can redo it. Relapse can occur especially in cleft palate.

As a matter of fact, most teaching hospitals in Nigeria have partnered with SmileTrain and they have been doing it for free.
