So I did a c-section two years three months ago and I currently still have a slight pouch from the procedure. Is it safe to start sit-ups now? I read online you're good to go after 12 weeks as your stomach muscles have knitted back together by this time, but I don't know how true this is. When is a safe time to start, please? |
