Kirikiri is a slum that houses a prison. There's a dearth of infrastructures there. The only motorable road there is Cardoso Street.

The prison itself is a sorry sight. When it rains, warders have to practically swim to their antique residential quarters built by the colonial masters in the 18th century.

It's a distasteful tale of squalor, neglect and an acute lack of Government's presence

Bros, na nonsense you write above. They can bite you just because you are minding your own business and walking nearby or stepped on it. Na us carry GPS for snake walking through bush. They will eat small children..pythons, gaboon vipers etc...You think they have respect manual they leaf through in dealing with humans. If they are fearful, like humans, they can do anything.
