The website in question to search for deals is offerup.com where u register to be able to chat with sellers & negotiate on a price then send links & agreed price to d pickers to pick up for u @their fees.

So, we hv deal hunters like me who help search for d deals & post here for anyone interested to hijack . TLC means Total Landing Cost which is simply the cost of the product to get to you in Lagos, Nigeria (Pick up & shipping fee all inclusive). Therefore, TLC = Price of Goods.
