Most are still in progress,I can't tell if this was actualized but lot's of roads have been built! 10,000 km isn't a small number looking at the high costs of building roads in Kenya. Seen lot's of 10 million dollars per km roads! They are planning 8000km of new roads quoting the 2019 Budget policy statement.Will they deliver? Only time will tell!
