The usual biased opinion with no evidence to back it up. INEC’s independence is guaranteed by law and not personal opinion. The president gave the commission every single kobo it demanded for. We should put partisanship aside and unanimously condemn INEC’s inefficiency and demand better performance from the commission going forward. This is not the time to play silly party politics.

U dey mind Pdp that is using this postponent by INEC to score cheap political point. Do I even blame them . Will they have beared not having candidate in two states if they were the one. They will be shouting treat to democracy when the tide is against them but good for democracy when it is in their favour. They keep on saying that PMB is a tyrant and that since INEC chairman is appointed by PMB , he takes order from him. Now why has PMB not ordered the inec chairman to include the zamfara candidates when a high court in the state has ordered inec to do so . Base on court ruling, court rulings is why some governorship elections are not Holding, their date being different.

Whether the zone bees agree with me or not. INEC is not independent! They take instructions from the person/people who appointed them. Who are you to disobey or work against your boss,you want to get fired? He that pays the piper dictates the tune. In 2015,election was cancelled due to insecurity. In 2019 election was cancelled #basedonlogistics, the script that they've written already before now.
