The INEC Chairman in few minutes ago made a broadcast announcing the postponement of the Presidential and National Assembly election slated for today 16th February, and announce a new date of 23d February 2019. however there are series of facts we need to know leading to this postponement, some of which will be stated below. 1. Fire incident at 3 INEC STATE Offices (Plateau, Abia and Anambra) 2. Stealing of ballot papers, 3. Arresting opposition figures. 4. Ballot papers for Niger East & Central where-about cannot be traced. 5. Over 10,000 Card Readers between Abia , Plateau and Anambra . 6. Planes carrying sensitive materials cannot land in designated airports due to weather conditions; 7. CBN overwhelmed by logistics. information have it that there are suggestions of staggering the election while solving the problems of logistics in other state having challenges. however forces opposing to the staggering of the election is more than those supporting it. In all this INEC had to take a bold decision of postponing the election. I think its better the election is postponed for a than having a staggered election. POSTPONED ELECTION IS BETTER THAN STAGGERED ELECTION IN NIGERIA I so submit. Good morning Nairalanders omonaijiria https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_YP1wPXohE 3 Likes 8 Shares

I am very disappointed in this INEC. There's no way there will not be issues in some places but they can do their own Sunday. The only one thing this will achieve is that it will cool down tension. 5 Likes |

So the planes are still in the air now abi? Since the weather nor make e land for where unah want... Continue... But wait... Could it be that there is a human being on this planet whos sole job is to plan how to win elections by any means? And I mean any means... Like burn inec offices... Like steal ballots... Kill people before the election and if all fails postpone it so people will feel disappointed and then lose the will to vote? Because this film trick pass Steven segal own o.. Weather unah like am or not Daura will welcome their pikin... Berry soon.. At least the 150 gay cows will have a leader. 4 Likes |

Tho no one saw it coming, but Why would the government that came in after that disastrous melodrama in 2015 repeat the same nonsense just 6 hours to the election? Disappointed with INEC. #PissedOff 2 Likes 4 Shares |
