Good morning all,I am a medical graduate who is about to go for NYSC but three months prior to that in december, i collected my Bsc certificate and kept it in the bottom cupboard in my bedroom and after the new year, i travelled to benin for personal issues. Now NYSC batch A mobilisation is up and my certificate is missing. I have combed the house twice, the only thing that happened significance is that on my dads birthday, a party was thrown and some people came to my room, to put their children to sleep. This is because the door is bad.

I have combed the entire house twice and still cant find it. I asked people in the party and called tgem. No one knows anything. I am at my wits end and dont know what to do. My family members said they havent seen it. All i have is a photocopy, no scanned copy. Please help me.

I wouldn't like to put the blame on you because some issues are unexplainable. However, you could start the processing of getting back new certificate from your school or present your statement of result for mobilization.

If all the above ends in futility you can enroll for another jamb and start all over.

Approach your school and inform them. They will tell you what to do.

However, once a certificate is issued, it can never be issued again.

Next time, keep your certificate well and if you are to leave your room for bunch of restless kids, either lock it in a shelve or take it with you.

Quickly approach you school for a document in lieu. Without your original cert, you are likely to be demobilised

You are careless is too early for nonsense like this even without nysc mobilization.

I blame u for not having a scanned copy saved in your email, CD, laptop, phone etc

You can only approach your school for another copy and be prepared to waste some valuable years to remedy this

Make a colored copy version by enlisting the help of any other graduates in your set and a good graphic designer. So far you are sure of your grade

Why didnt you travel with your credentials. Anytime you travel far please take your credentials alonf with you. Getting an affidavit or whatever would not replace the authenticity of your cert especially if you were to apply to an overseas based organization.
