He Nimbo, Enugu State his boys massacred 40 people at night and countless injured. There was a credible intelligence of that operation when his boys were mobilizing at Kogi and he did nothing.

-Lagos is one of the smallest states
- Lagos was a capital with 75% ready layed down roads/amenities..

-Lagos earns most revenue than all 36 states.
The question goes: ARE LAGOSIANS BEING CHEATED?
