Depends. Just go to the hospital and make enquiries. Cataract surgery in a government hospital is way cheaper than a private hospital. The cost also depends on whether it is Laser or traditional surgery.

My groundmum just did her in Benin, when we initially took Her to a private hospital that charge us 350 for one and both 700k, guest what we left and took her to UBTH arhat charge 45k for each both 90k

cataract is a disease of the eye....it can be operated at the kogi specialist...my grandpa's own was done there and it was successful

Go to St Mary's EYE (Catholic) Hospital Ago Iwoye, you can get it done with less then 60k have more than 10 friends and relations that got theirs done there.
