My brother honestly speaking between PDP and APC who is more desperate at the moment? APC cannot present candidates in two states and that gives PDP very great advantage. Who controls the thugs, motor parks and touts in Lagos? APC. Who's primaries and rallies have been marred with killings and destruction? APC. Who needs to remain in power at all costs? APC. Which party is ruling and plays the opposition at the same time? APC. Which party has the brighter chances to win? PDP. Which party has intellectuals who are very ATIKULATE and reasonable? PDP. Which party has intellectuals who are confused and never reason properly? APC.
Look at the physical appearance of the leaders of both parties. Which side has more lively looking people? PDP. Look at Tinubu, always wearing oversized clothes. Look at Oshiomole, head like rock. Look at El Rufai, pinchomic and looking like someone from Congo.
You need to wait to find out who stole the card readers. And for your information if they did not lose their lives as stated by President Buhari, then they may likely be the party using headache medicine.

Why have they not been stealing the card reader before election was postponed?

Alas, last time i checked card reader only sends information about accreditation.

I have the recent standard operational guidelines for police on duty. Don't raise unnecessary alarm. At no point will police with firearms be close to the polling unit. Those with arms would be in their patrol.
