Incoming reports from Rivers State shows that the elections are not being held as at the time of posting this. Electoral materials, INEC officials, party agents and security agent are not seen in many LGA's.
In an LGA ward were materials just arrived, little children were seen carrying away this materials. Now I don't know if security agents were there.
In Asari-Toru LGA, youths were seen with machetes and still no sign of arrival of electoral materials.
The situation in Rivers State is really......can't say. But the environment is peaceful.

Update…
Heavy presence of security agents at some polling units in Emuoha LGA, and this action is kind intimidating to voters. Emuoha needs such security presence on the road and not polling units.
