Corp members escape death at Ubima ward 9, Unit 1 and 2, the polling unit of the minister of transport, Rotimi Amaechi in Rivers state. It was gathered that over 20 gunmen invaded the unit with dangerous weapons, shooting sporadically, carting away ballot boxes, looting and robbing INEC officers. As at the time of this report, the unit is deserted,everyone has scampered for safety. |
