No need to curse. I am just stating the fact here. Remember 2015 election? This is what is repeating itself. Two Yoruba men were killed by Ibos today and many Yorubas will be aware of this. Those thugs were not there kill voters like what happened in Rivers. Violence just don't start. Violence comes from hate which starts from the heart. Gradually and gradually, they grow. This is what leads to violence. Ethnic clashes between these two tribes is proving to be inevitable.
It will start from Lagos and spread to other south east and south west states. Politics will be the cause.
Just watch and see

An Igbo man approaches a yoruba man to sell his land..the Yoruba man accepts.....The Igbo man buys it...pays tenement rate to government...settles Yoruba Omonile and Agberos.....what is wrong that? What prevents the Yoruba man from going to Enugu or Onitsha to do the same? But the Yoruba man would prefer to go to London and live...there is nothing wrong with that....The Yoruba man lives in London and Igbo man lives in Lagos...it is a free world

What did Jonathan and the Ibos did for the Yorubas? They empowered ibos with money looted from our treasury estimated at about $150 billion when oil sold between $118 and $140 per barrel. It was Chinese govt that funded the railway project from Lagos to Ibadan. The counterparts funding you mentioned was financed by Buhari. How much was saved by GEJ despite oil boom which exceeded Gowon era oil boom? Nothing. They borrowed and spent money Obj left in foreign reserve. All ended in Ibos pocket to make them the richest tribe in Africa. Obj met oil at $9 per barrel and Foreign reserve at $5.5 billion dollars.

Dude you know that this oil belongs to Niger deltans right?? When last did you pay taxes ? that you keep shouting they shared our money ? which of you or your father's money is anybody sharing ? See during GEJ's period everyone was chopping, the little GeJ wanted to give the Yorubas, Tinubu made sure no Yoruba politician benefited from GEJ by prohibiting Yorubas from working for Jonathan. Even yet business was booming, Yorubas were travelling left and right to study visit and come back but now how many Yorubas do you know are coming back after they travel now ? UK, US and Canada are not even giving visiting and study visa like that period again because they know Nigerians are suffering and will not go back to Nigeria again, so bros you can deceive yourself all you want but your conscience and heart knows the truth.

I think it is time that all Oodua born sat down and discussed the way forward. We have to be united in will and purpose towards a definite goal in Yoruba land.

The governors are a big joke. They've rubbished Awolowo's legacy. They've turned the southwest into a laughing stock. Young boys have dropped out of school and roaming about in groups of thugs and cults.

After this election, Yoruba leaders of thoughts must come together and chart a way for this race.

This election should be an eye opener. The crack we see in this election will only get wider if it's not addressed before the next election.
Exactly bro, I believe the youths should also actively speak out via social media or any viable means against injustice by certain leaders, who seem to be colonizing the land in their own way

Tinubu prevented Yorubas from participating in the looting. So, it was because the Oil belong to Niger Delta that Ngozi Okonjo Iweala did not save one kobo but rather she was borrowing when oil was selling at $118 & $140 per barrel. It was intentional that the money Obj left was depleted by about $25 billion because it was Niger Delta oil money. You are yet to mention one capital project executed by GEJ in south west.

Where is all this money? It ended in Ibos pockets.

sapoyoro:

my brother.. I'm from osun state too..osogbo...
I can tell you confidently that this is not about religion, most osun people who are voting against Buhari do not hate him,ask them why they vote PDP,more than 90% will mention "Aregbe"
our Governors made a lot of people hate APC..anything APC...

and secondly, I think tinubu is quite becoming a poisoned chalice to a lot of people in SW, they detest and hate the man brand of politics, the truth is the tinubu factor will cause Buhari a lot of votes in SW..a lot are seeing him as corrupt and too overbearing..
thirdly is that there are a lot of non-indigenes in most Yoruba cities..an example is osogbo...more than 80 percent of non-indigenes will never vote APC,now combined that with the little osogbo indigenes who will not also vote the party..
fourth is that PDP infrastructure whether we like it or not is very strong in almost all SW States and some Yorubas from beginning are traditionally PDP.
but brother believe me,our Governors are the major culprit, if they have done well, presidential for APC in SW will be walkover for Buhari.
You are 100% right here.

But left to me with the results i have seen so far , sw performance is not that bad like some others are projecting here now .

Shut the Bleep up, Atiku's first grandchildren are more Yoruba than fulani, their mom is yoruba and their dad is half Adamawa half Ijesha. Atiku will not stop any Railway development, he will even bring economic viability to the project with modern thinking.

Osinbajo ko Esinbanjo ni. Nothing against him but don't ever campaign on hate, the people are smarter than that shallowness.
