Fill me in on the best strategy, I also notice it shoot blood pressure up immediately. That itself scares the Jesus out of me.

There is an opiod EPIDEMIC in progress in the USA right now.

Every single day, 1,400 young and older Americans DIE from those highly addictive opioid pain-killer tablets, that quickly lead to heroin addiction.

Opioid pills are pills like tramadol, Oxycontin, vicodin, parcacet and hydrocordon, but here in Nigeria, the only one available is tramadol.

Opium on the other hand is the main ingredient of all these pills that I mentioned, it is also used to make morphine and heroin and the seeds of the opium on its own can be smoked using a hookah.

I really did not feel 'good' after I smoked. I actually checked my blood pressure after I smoked and It went from 120 to 142 on the systolic metric.

I also forgot things. I could go back 3 times to re-check if I locked my doors. I could go to pick my car key and forget exactly what I was searching for.

Another issue is the withdrawal symptom and all that. I believe smoking is not the way to ingest this beautiful plant. There must be another way, and I intend to explore further as I can not sacrifice my memory for a feel good moment.

You can sprinkle it on your food and eat it, not cook with it, just sprinkle it on your food or in your drink and drink it. That's what people that don't like smoking do, but you have to measure the quantity you put because if it is toomuch you will end up having a bad trip.

It depends on what, how and why you're smoking .
Before taking a smoke you have to program your mind on what you want to do in that state and how you want to achieve it. Once you make up your mind , prepare yourself-
Make sure the doors are locked , your phone is with you and other random things that you might not notice when you are high. Clear up your important schedules for the day ... Make sure food is also readily available.
Then you smoke calmly, play calm music in the background. Them no dey hide smoke weed , take your time make sure the coast is clear and relax yourself ... Think of those things that make you happy , that's what the substance is actually for , to ease you of stress and worries..
If you do these things then trust me you'll enjoy your next experience.I actually consume it more times in food but it can never be compared to the smoking experience... #peace

I had no idea. I have tramadol here at home. Basically used for bodily pains after my 3 hours beach walk on Weekends if I feel much pains. Side effects of Tramadol is this that it makes one feel like vomiting. I basically take it for pain relief. Dosage is 1 tablet of 250mg I think.

By the way, I just got some organic weed. I branched into the bar, had a bottle of Budweiser beer and I am back here. Will use that Jakumo strategy to extract the CBD oil since I already have some organic coconut oil here.

I am at Lekki, Lagos. I usually have Tramadol, that shouldnt be a problem. Each time I want it I simply call my electrician. I really do not care about how much he buys, I just give him 5k and he will get me some. I dont border to know how many. I just keep them in my drawer. I know its been banned due to abuse by these motherfucckers, but I still get it since I am not using for ulterior motives.

But before the ban, it was a prescription drug and still is in recommended dosages except you are saying that the recommended dosages from the clinics are still dangerous. Why would I want to abuse drugs? I hardly take it except I feel pains after my weekend exercises, so I can not be addicted to such a thing.

Personally, nobody could pay me enough to try pain killer pills of any sort even once, with the notable exception of aspirin that I take before air travel, to prevent blood clots.

Legitimately prescribed opioids are diverted by prescription holders, for sale to addicts, who are dying like flies every day.

Throwing away any such poison pills in your possession, and promising yourself never to try them again, would be among the wisest decisions that you have ever made.

If you notice that it takes a higher dosage of pills than it did at first, to attain the expected effect from those pills, opiate tolerance is building up in your system, whereby suddenly stopping the use of those pills "cold turkey", may in fact produce withdrawal symptoms, insomnia and strong cravings for the pills. This is the road to hard-core addiction that you must avoid at all costs in order to live long, Young Grasshopper.

Those very prescription pills are what killed musicians Michael Jackson and Prince. Those two gifted artistes started out as legitimately prescribed opiate pill users, only to become hopelessly addicted and dependent on increasingly large opiate doses provided by paid mercenary doctors, until the moment when inevitably, they both went to sleep, and never woke up.
