We don't know the actual results but what is being seen isn't very pleasant if true.
If buhari wins Benue, then Benue people have insulted the sensibility of Nigerians, christians and the international community.
We leave them to their cross.

Infact I will support the forced grazing bill to turn their while state to a ranch for herdsmen

I am presently in Benue at the moment, and I can clearly tell you that it is going to be a landslide victory for the PDP.

The killings in Agatu is still fresh in their minds and they decided their fate yesterday.

I'm from Benue, Idoma to be precise. APC only won three polling units. PDP won massively. Ogbadibo LG

I'm am not from the state but have lived here for many years and the nature of my job takes me to nooks and crannies of the state and do interact with indigenes.

Truth is, Ortom has been an unmitigated failure. Its no doubt he is thoroughly disliked by the civil servants and are not really moved by his last minute antics.

I guess the result is catching many off guard because while we agree he's generally failed, quite a handful (particularly farmers and IDPs I
affected zones) stilll admire him for insisting on the antigrazing law despite pressure, and see the APC led govt as a threat. But I guess we overestimated Ortoms appeal.

Personally this is the kind of result I was expecting during the gubernatorial election, and not this presidential one. But here it is. . . *Sigh
