With Okadigbo and Umeozeke as VP presidential candidates way back in 2003 and 2007 respectively the 5% centers have known that Buhari is an irreedeemable failure and have always rejected him in whatever guise he presents himself.
The past 4 years of utterly inept leadership just confirmed what they knew far back 2003.
