If u dont shut the fúck. We are still waiting for the United that will collapse against Liverpool and Chelsea. Even with injuries, Liverpool were the 2nd best team today. But when they faced ur own team na 5-1. So u can keep telling urself to sleep every night with that injuries excuse. Lol. Shame no even dey catch you to dey call that useless unbeaten run.
You'll soon be back to ur 6th very soon. Just chill!
Yada yada yada. Every team deals with injury. Arsenal currently have three major players ( Welbeck, Holding and Bellerin) with our of the season injuries, we are not using that as excuse for our deficiencies, we are still above you in the table.

This Liverpool you were lucky to escape with a draw against in your home, were lucky to escape with a draw in Emirates.

Just thank League cup final that made Chelsea not play EPL today, you should have been in your sixth heaven as usual by now.
Dead club living in the past . grin

Enjoy your 5th position for the time being, because you are soon going to sixth. angry

"If not for injuries in quick succession, just after our 22match unbeaten run, messing up our team solidity and resulting in frustrating results."
How is this not an excuse or dont u even understand ur own words?
We are still above you on the table. cheesy Lol. Every year, u measure the success of ur season by being above United. Maybe that's even the only trophy u would win this season...being above United.

We were lucky with Liverpool? Idiot. cheesy People that didnt even have a shot on target in the 2nd half and couldn't break us down that they had to rely on set pieces. Talk true, were u watching the back of ur TV? Dumbass. grin

Blah blah blah. Tuesday and Wednesday would soon be upon us and u'll be back to ur regular position ASAP. Someone that is begging the God's of his forefathers for wins against Southampton and Bournemouth and is not even sure of a win against Spurs is talking as if his team is assured of Top 4. Mumu.

City are defending champions because after a whole season, they were the last team to finish in 1st. Who was the last club to finish a whole season in 6th?

Abou Diaby has announced his retirement from the game at 32.

What could have been of this talent if he wasn't made of glass? He almost needed a bubble wrap to keep him safe.

He wasn't made of glass... He had a broken ankle double fracture and ACL... On one leg... In one tackle... You try coming back from that...

Leno has been good over the last 2 games. He seems to be settling better.

Ozil with an assist and a goal.

2-0 Arsenal.

Look at Guendouzi!!! angry

This is what I was saying about him. One of his shortfalls is that he is too fragile and not strong enough for the EPL. That was a clean tackle from Bournemouth. That was a stupid give away especially since we have played very well thus far. He had no business demanding the ball deep with a man in front of him.

A 3rd consecutive game where we have looked dangerous with possession especially in the final third. Our movement has been incisive with crisp passing. You have to feel bad for Leno and the back 4, they have played very well and had no hand in that goal. Maybe Leno should have turned the pass demand from Guen down.

Kos makes it 3.

Ozil has his hands all over this game. Good pass to open Jenkison for the cross.

3-1.

Kos cannot catch a break with these injuries. Hopefully it is nothing serious like a ligament injury.

.....Mhki man of the match for me...He and Guendouzi controlled the tempo of the game.. I love the fact that his mistake didn't affect his game.....He went on and continued his game.... putting in those lovely passes upfront...

.....Ozil is showing interest once again..... Emery has shown that no one is bigger than the club......

..... Tottenham losing will ginger them for the derby this weekend.....We need to win and I trust Emery to pick the perfect formation for the match......COYG!
Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by pazienza(m): 11:58pm On Feb 27, 2019
Nice game. We seem to be hitting form at the right time for the final run in, like we usually use to do during Wenger glorious fourphy challenge days. We are well positioned to clinch the 4th position as it stands.
All our players are playing with confidence and we are scoring for fun. Ozil is finally coming back to the player we expect him to be. The feeling around the whole place is positive.
I don't see us losing grip of the fourth place from now onwards, provided we don't suffer another injury crisis.
Chelsea seem to be gelling themselves and getting better, the good thing though is that we don't have them to play anymore, but they still have to play United, so hopefully, both of them cancels each other out.

A win at Wembley come weekend and we will be just 1 point shy of spuds at 3rd position. We have our fate in our hands, and boy, we look not like we are going to bottle it.

Still need to keep our feet on the ground though. Take it 3 points at a time. It's looking like we would have to take care of the pesky devil's ourselves at Emirates, as the other teams seem to have conspired to be gifting them points.

Happy Gooner tonight, still 4th and balling. grin
