You are very correct. The only organization that useS Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT) doesn't observe all polling units.. They use random sampling for their observation. In this case, it will be very hard to know what's going on in all polling units in the country theoldpretender: 8 Likes |

Seriously, the so-called lawmakers from the Southern part of Nigeria would do well if they can push for more Local governments and more Polling units in their various states. This, will eradicate the disparaging number of accredited votes, compared to number of registered voters, usually from the South. 1 Like |

International observers are just here to observe the electioneering process and make recommendations for INEC on how to improve on subsequent elections They have no right/power to disapprove INEC's result... Some people are just consumed with hatred, spreading rubbish on social media cos their candidate lost the election. Guess they lost the functioning part of their brains with the election 4 Likes |

Stundey:More LGA won't increase our population up north or down south. The south only need to do more of awareness in respect to voters apathy and ability to analyse political issues without sentiment as to religion and tribal affiliation. NB: as long as any one from the north of Fulani/Hausa ethnic group or Islamic belief is painted to be evil, there will always be revolt vote by the north just because they think majority of the south hate them due to their religion or tribal affiliation. 7 Likes |

abbey621:So what is your problem here? I don't even yet understand why your brought up Arnold's issue in the first place. He was an entertainer and failed as governor and so what? Full time politicians fail too. You watched the election but did you see the exit polls? Educated men and women voted overwhelmingly for Clinton. She actually secured more votes than Trump and if the U.S used the Nigerian system of voting, Clinton would be president so your analysis is faulty.Trump got many votes from educated people as well. You can't tell me everyone who voted for Trump were uneducated. The difference in popular vote count was just about 3 million. Is that your definition of "overwhelming" in a country of over 300 million people? Besides what Americans call uneducated is not the same as the average uneducated man in Nigeria. Nigerian's kind of uneducated citizens is just terrible. Whether it is Clinton or Trump the fact remains that Americans are far more educated than Nigerians specifically by mindset and it reflects in their better quality of life. Lack of education is affecting Nigeria badly and you are busy trying to prove that education doesn't matter. Are you okay? 1 Like |
