This election has proven that the problem with Nigeria is not mainly caused by bad leaders as people always say, but a massive lack of education as the root cause. Every educated person knows that Buhari lacks the knowledge and health fittness to rule a country. But amazingly he is getting a second term. This can only happen when the masses are not educated. Atiku was winning the polls on social media because those who participated in the polls were the more educated Nigerians. Even though Atiku is not the best choice but he is better than Buhari and had the best chance to remove Buhari than the other candidates.

Lack of education is the biggest issue in this country and this country will never go anywhere as long as it remains like that. If Buhari can be reelected then it means rouges like Tinubu and Ameachi can also win an election in Nigeria as long as the masses are this uneducated. I have lost hope in this country.
The problem is that those who presented Atiku do so for personal reasons, not for the interest of the people. If Buhari lack capacity of which I concur Atiku is not an option before you condemn those who voted for Buhari pls examine the option provided critically. Only 17% voted what happen to remain 83% that did not. I got to pu to vote on the election day but I couldn't convince myself to vote for either of the two. Both you that support Atiku and the supporter of Buhari are the same. Pls what makes Atiku the best candidate if you guys are truly sincere....are their no other candidates that are far better than him why not give him/her this kind of support that Atiku got and see if the 83% will not vote. What an irony charcoal calling kettle black.

There is cancelled vote, there is stolen votes, there is vote denied and there is votes lost to violence. Stop sounding like only that 1 million vote was subdued.

I just saw over 200 kids waving brooms with painted faces shouting sai buhari.... And rejoicing that their god and savior has retained the seat BY ANY MEANS! And I ask this one question

While educated forward thinking kids who have progressive parents that know the value of a well governed country are in school...

This hausa kids in nassarawa of ages between 3 and 12 are shouting sai Baba

And we wonder why boko haram never ends...

This nation is one HUGE ZOMBIE now!!!

It gets me angry when I read this type of stereotyping and sometimes being aided by other northerners, the people that voted for Buhari are not as uneducated as you make it sound, we are a people that have looked at the progress this nation has made from the days where we could not go to church or mosques in peace or we had to cancel Independence day parade because we were afraid of being attacked by terrorists, we are looking at the days when the 2nd Niger Bridge was only a drawing on a paper to days when things are being said and done, we were concerned about days where election would mean a shutdown of government, contractors would have to vacate their sites because of the lack of payment from the government to days where a leader knows that leadership is more than just an election and work continues, it is not about world back or other foreign agencies telling us what to do but we knowing what is best for our country, we want a working Nigeria, a Nigeria that is set on the path of real prosperity not prosperity on paper, our political elite are doing us more harm than good and we have someone who had the guts to stand up to them, that is why we want Buhari to continue, we are not where we want to be but we are making progress with time this too will pass, let the stage be set for real prosperity not the type we had, remember Oceanic bank had an AA+ rating from those foreigners yea ? and what happened later ? so please stop the insults and accept defeat.

Speak for yourself, some educated people still voted for Buhari, the people that voted Donald trump ain't educated or Theresa May ain't educated too what's happening in those countries. If you can't see clearly there is an improvement in Infrastructure. The north that you keep saying are uneducated are in charge of Nigeria because of their unity, we southern are corruptly educated so we chose to vote a corrupt man. In Abuja most civil servant are complaining because no means to steal because of TSA. Give Atiku and others the next 4years and we know if they are great business man as the so called educated people call them, we want better life but we are not willing to go through the hard times. The only failure in this administration is security, which Buhari failed woefully.

Pls don't confuse literacy with education. Even many of us with d so called education, can't think independently. Many don't understand their rights& what their elected representatives owe them. Infact, many of our "educated" folks feel buhari is doing Nigeria a favour. With such a mentality, how do we make progress as a nation?

D article u shared was written in 2012& buhari became president in 2015. D article does not in anyway answer d questions I asked which are, when is danjumas license expiring? Did danjuma approach buhari to ask 4a favour 4d renewal of his license? I also asked how did buhari stand up to obasanjo?

D case of Atiku is simple. Atiku has been hopping from party to party in order to fulfill his presidential ambition. His leaving APC 4 PDP last year was for that purpose & has nothing 2do with buhari standing up to him.

If saraki wanted to enrich himself, am sure he has enough access as senate president. APC was always going to b hot 4 Saraki cos of d way he emerged as president of d senate, going against d wish of APC. So it wasn't a surprise that he left eventually.

Is this all u could come up with? Who are d "other greedy Nigerians"?

If you could not get the info on the first link check this out on his statement about not renewing oil block licenses and its a sure reason for concern for the people who own this oil blocks lots of them are cronies of this politicians and they are not happy because their source of income is going down and will be redistributed to the whole of Nigeria
