That judge isn't sound in business laws.

You can't copyright an idea e.g social media, search engine or a flying car.

Though Glo is indebted to the claimant since they accept a proposal from him
but other telecom companies are free to implement whatever they like. I expect
the incompetent Glo manager that caused this debacle to get the boot.

I expect the judgment to change on appeal. At least, the order will be limited to Glo.

You are right, it is likely a case of confidential and privileged information.
That is why I disagree with the judge extending his orders to other telcos.

The big lesson remains that

He took the bold step and SUED them regardless of their size.
He persisted and followed up for 6years
However, he didn't put all his eggs in a basket by depending on winning the case,in the mean time, he started working on other things.

How many people will do this

Let me tell you, lawyers also know a potential winning case when they see one and most of them will be willing to fight for you as long as you agree to their percentage cut.

I hereby encourage you to take the bold step, at least, try something, even if it is a mere threat.. just try ..
You may be that David beside their Goliath, just be courageous.

Some of these companies don't want to see a spotlight, they don't want a bad report in whatever ways.

Also bear in mind that when dealing with companies, you need facts and records. Court don't work with assumptions. A judge will always say...based on all the facts and evidences before me. I declare.....record the meetings,voice calls,and mails.
