Tottenham Striker Harry Kane attempted to headbutt chelsea defender Cesar Azpiculeta on Wednesday night.

The England star deliberately moved his head towards the Chelsea captain.

There looked to be minimal contact with Azpilicueta but it does not matter how severe it was.

MySportDab reports even though it was an attempted headbutt, that still carries the same punishment — a red card.

Fortunately for Kane, Azpilicueta did not make a meal of it.

The incident seemed to be missed by the match officials and the FA could now take retrospective action against Kane.

The English Premier League won't ban Harry Kane because he's the England national team's captain and not black too which helps but assuming it was Azpilicueta the Spanish that did the same thing he will be banned, their home media, BBC and Sky sports will emphasize on that incident in their coverage to get it done.

Harry kane is a very very good player. 4d fact that English commentators hype players doesn't mean Kane isn't a good player. There are players that were one club or one league players all their lives didn't mean they weren't good. Messi, Steven Gerrard, Ryan giggs,Paolo maldini, Paul scholes, Francesco totti, Javier zanetti e.t.c.

Leaving a club or league& not performing isn't peculiar to English players& it doesn't mean d player isn't good. It means that something is wrong with d player not being able to.adapt to d new environment professionally,psychologically or culturally. Two very wonderful players come to mind. Gaiska mendietta played 4 Valencia. He was d engine room of d team& was one of best footballers of his generation. He led Valencia to two consecutive champions finals were they lost to Madrid& Bayern after which he moved to Middlesbrough. That was d beginning of d end 4 d guy. He was a shadow of himself.

Another great player was Maniche. He played 4 Porto and was part of mourinhos golden generation of players. He was also d engine room of Porto. He followed mourinho to Chelsea. My brother I couldn't believe it was d same maniche I knew.

Some of these things aren't cast in stone. It works 4 some. It doesn't work for others
